If your NordenLux lamp arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Return requests should be submitted before sending any product back. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law.
