Data Deletion Instructions
NordenLux respects your privacy. If you used a Meta/Facebook login, app integration, or contacted us through Meta services and want your personal data deleted, please email us with your request.
How to request deletion
- Email support@nordenlux.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address or Facebook profile/Page information you used to interact with NordenLux.
- We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal data unless we are required to retain it for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or order-fulfillment reasons.
Response time
We aim to respond within 30 days. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period before automatic deletion.
